In my experience, most non-English articles posted to the English Wikipedia are either low-effort pages, vandalism, or about non-notable subjects, which means you can just flag them for speedy deletion rather than sending them to PNT. In the case of Alvaro Zapata fernandez, the Spanish content in the article was entirely vandalism. I cannot believe I was wrong as I knew her in the 1980s and she was known to me and her friends as Louise Steadman - which was not her maiden name (which was Plowright). You must surely agree that the use of the word 'joint' to describe a police operation regarding hashish smuggling is fairly amusing? Perhaps it would be better to change the adjective to 'combined'? Further, in the light of this, perhaps you would like to remove my identical comment in the preceding paragraph regarding the word 'mushroomed', and maybe replace that word with 'rapidly expanded'?
