Ride[edit]

What type of vehicle does The Wolf drive? Shell (Nut Case) (talk) 01:36, 29 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Assuming you mean the character from Pulp Fiction, then he drives a 1992 Acura NSX according to the Internet Movie Car Database (IMCDB.org), see [1]. --Jayron32 02:27, 29 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, I thought it was a 2 seater. I wonder what Winston(with date) had planned when he offered to give Vincent and Jules a ride home from the scrap yard? Must have been dry humor. Shell (Nut Case) (talk) 12:13, 29 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

worms entering the flesh of fish[edit]

Obviously worms or krill containing Anisakis may be swallowed by host fish and then we would expect to find some krill or worm along the digestive tract. Is there a way for the worm ot enter through a nostril or otherwise and then be found in an internal organ that is not part of the digestive tract? E.g could the worm have found its way into a lung etc. [and not be the result of migration from the digestive tract?Rgbess (talk) 08:42, 29 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This would get a better response if you posted it on the Science desk. Dismas|(talk) 09:09, 29 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Miami[edit]

Not a proper reference-desk question, I know. But what suggestions would ref-deskers make to a Wikipedian stuck on his own in Miami FL through Saturday 17th September. AndyJones (talk) 12:22, 29 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I just visted that area alone, and I found this area to be entertaining for shopping, food, drinks and people watching. [2]. cheers, 10draftsdeep (talk) 15:50, 29 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
And isn't there a beach somewhere around too ? :-) StuRat (talk) 17:55, 29 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Miami is not Miami Beach (and Lincoln Road is in the latter city). AndyJones, if you could clarify where you are and whether or not you have available transportation, that would help. Without further details, I'd recommend finding a Cuban restaurant. That should take care of one or two nights. --LarryMac | Talk 19:25, 29 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I would hope to believe that someone in Miami for a couple weeks must have the ways and means to walk or grab a cab to the Miami Beach area. If not, then yes, let us know AndyJones. If not, then perhaps LarryMac can recommend a specific Cuban place? 10draftsdeep (talk) 04:05, 30 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
