I have seen that you blocked me indefinitely. It is definitely heart breaing incidence. I have loved wikipedia since my little age and i have done editing since teen age. I am sorry if I got something wrong. In that statment, I said that "information can be posted without knowing the copyright holder. As an example, if there is a research article, someone can include that part by gaining the permission from original author." I have read all the links supplied to me regarding "Wikipedia:Guide to appealing blocks". :What is copyright? :Copyright means that any verbal, wordy or graphical content which is legally protected by using from others. Copyright does not allows commercial copying, modification and redistribution of any content. I have done some previous mistakes on copyright cases in both wordy and image aspects. Admins have warned me about violating copyright policy and I am taking their advices. Honestly, I am learning new things in every time from this kind of help given by many local and foreign admins and reviewers. I obey their advices a lot. In this instance, I have inspected in two times in 2015 and 2018 regarding some copyright cases. Yes, it is true that I could not corporate with that. I don't remember what happened during those days. (may be too busy with my graduation from the university). Anyway, I accept that. That is why I am asking about giving permission again to be a right, obedient and understandable wikipedian. I know that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and its goal is to use "free content". That means, not commercial or non-copyrighted works can be added and modified. I will do that in the future. Definitely. I will not add any wordy or copyrighted images from any local or international web sites, books, blogs, etc. I will made prose and make articles with my own words, where the primary and secondary sources are given only as references. The admins can block me in the future, if I am breaking the copyright policy fault again. I request "good faith" from every admin towards me that any person needs one chance to become good again. While you can't do so anymore, the only action anyone needs to take to replicate that diff is to open [3], copy the website text into Google Translate, Singhalese -> English, and add a citation to the result. No quotation marks, nothing indicating this has been copied from the source.

And this leaves me with the following impression: Your editing was damaging the encyclopedia, and the "many years" are not positive in this regard. It should have led to a block much earlier to prevent the damage you did over the years. You ask for "one chance" when you've had too many already.
