I see what you mean, Leebo; the odor of a Saikano sockpuppet is indeed easy to recognize! --Orange Mike 16:25, 15 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, this IP address (I believe) is the same user as another IP address I've been discussing issues of harrassment at Shelby Young with. It and Saikano both have terrible grammar, but at least Saikano doesn't make passive-aggressive harrassments. Leebo T/C 17:24, 15 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A subtle distinction

No big deal, but I wanted to point out that your recent use of the {{uw-biog2|Article}} notice related to the Elisha Cuthbert article was slightly off. The person she was supposedly dating -- Kevin Carroll -- was the editor himself, KJ Carroll.--Vbd (talk) 15:04, 15 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I added a {{uw-test2|Please refrain from testing}} notice to yours. Like I said, no big deal. I was just amused (by him, not you).--Vbd (talk) 15:25, 15 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Heh. Well, this anonymous user has since logged in so that he could nominate my article for deletion (Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/DynaMed). Alternate Accts

Hey Lee-not quite sure what you mean by deleted something, but yesssiree I did have User:Steven for a while but I forgot the password so I make StevenL and found a way to redirect it to that. I forgot exactly what happened, it's complicated but it's something like that. That was an amazing performance by Eric Maynor...Final 4 here we come! GO RAMS!! --StevenL 18:36, 16 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • Basically I did create User:Stevenl because I didn't want to have people accidentally go to Stevenl and see nothing. Is this a problem? Also I went through the 'my contributions" section for me and through Nawlinwiki's talk page and I couldn't find anything. Could you perhaps be so gracious as to point it out to me? --StevenL 19:08, 16 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Ouch, that was a biting tirade. I did not say that, I have only used Stevenl to redirect to StevenL. Additionally me (StevenL) created the Stevenl page and redirected it to StevenL. I never made a user Stevenl, just the page Stevenl and in turn redirected it to StevenL. So my guess is that someone made a wiki profile Stevenl and started using it? That's all I can come up with. --StevenL 19:28, 16 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

How ignorant ! your two questions... But due to your lack of competence and comprehension, and out of sheer pity, i shall answer them. 1. No, I did not propose your article for deletion it was another user. 2. No, i was researching for a project when i stumbled upon your very irrelevant article, i.e : DynaMed. Critic111 11:40, 19 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Forgive me if i have not forgiven you for your lack of intelligence. It is my fault for trying to explain a fact to you. I shall not be framed. I hope you understand. Similarities in typing styles are very common. Do not accuse me of anything without proving it first. Critic111 11:48, 19 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Which reminds me, are you not the person who constantly vandalized my user page ? The same person who writes i'd instead of i would. Right, shocked. I hope you understand now. Critic111 11:50, 19 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

OK

I understand your hesitation in including the credit to the Shelby Young article, but allowing five, maybe six editors, all the same person, to dictate what goes in the article is a bit much. Please respond on my talk page and I will gladly provide you with proof. I have basically had enough. This is supposed to be a concise encyclopedia, not one person's (not you, of course) jealousy trip over a little girl. And as for his recent hilarious claim, I'll submit to a checkuser to prove my identity. As I said before, this is ridiculous. There's a pattern here, between count them six users now: 1) personal attacks against anyone who differs from his opinion 2)vandalizing (why not call it like it is?) TWO articles for well-known teen actresses, even calling for the removal of Shelby's article. 3) Claiming to email Jimbo as a veiled threat. Let me assure you, I am not affiliated with Shelby Young in any way. I am not her, nor do I know her. In fact, if you look at the history of the talk page, I myself questioned the validity of the credit. I simply would like to make this a CONCISE encyclopedia. If her agency, for example, says she did the work, that should be enough. Why not have someone contact them? Her agency is easy to find out. This needs to stop. Oh, and if whatever he's calling himself today thinks this is proof of me "wikistalking" him, he's mistaken. I had no clue until now of his new ID. I have your page on watch.

Actually, I filmed Waltzing Anna when I was about 11 years old. The movie just came out in 2006, not 2007, in select theaters for a short time. My website hasn't been updated since 2004, but I believe my mom is going to update it soon or get a new one.

Some moderator already contacted my agent who then forwarded the email to my mom and we cleared that up with the admin. I really don't care if you doubt who I am, Cineworld, and, not to be rude, but it's getting quite annoying that you keep vandalizing my page.

I don't even understand what the big deal here, is. It's not like I'm some huge celebrity (yet! lol :]) and it's not a major credit. I'm not saying I STARRED in BtT and then I didn't, it's a voice credit. I re-voiced a character, Ellie Aarons. If it's too small of a role to note on here, I understand, but even IMDB (which is annoying me because it won't add BtT and the new pilot I just filmed, Zip, isn't even on there yet) lists other ADR work I did and I wasn't credited in those either. Hopefully it'll all get figured out soon.

I'm just tired of my page being vandalized but fully understand if an ADMIN (not Cineworld) feel the credit shouldn't be on here until it's on IMDB.

Thanks!

Dear Miss Young,
First and foremost, I apologize for the actions of one of the contributors here in vandalizing your userpage and page on Wikipedia. Cineworld is not an administrator on Wikipedia, just a user here. Secondly, we have opened a Request for Comment (shown here) on Cineworld. You are welcome to comment upon the actions of the user. Thirdly, since you have been confirmed as the subject of the article by an external source, your credibility is genuine to authoring your page on Wikipedia and upon representing the truth on Wikipedia by giving stated facts in order to improve the quality of the article. If possible, (and with permission from your mother, first), could you please upload an image for the article? We can thus tag the article as a attribution image, which means that people have to notify you first to use the picture. I wish you best in your career! Real96 08:50, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Leebo,

You are close to violating the three revert rule in your content dispute with Ant.silver (talk · contribs) on the Wiki article.

--Kevinkor2 01:34, 22 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I replied on Kevinkor2's talk page. In a nutshell, Ant.silver was vandalizing the article by removing each section, one by one. Reverting such vandalism does not fall under 3RR. Leebo T/C 01:39, 22 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Furthermore, Ant.silver has been blocked indefinitely for being a vandalism-only account. -- Merope 01:42, 22 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I apologize, Leebo. You are correct.--Kevinkor2 01:52, 22 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
P.S. When reverting Ant.silver's blankings, you missed one, Wiki communities. I took care of this using a wholesale reversion. --Kevinkor2 01:52, 22 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
No hard feelings. Thanks for getting the one I missed :) Leebo T/C 02:01, 22 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

About deleting warning messages

Can you please show me where it says you are allowed to or where it says that it's not against the rules to? I'm trying to find it to show someone, but can't find it at the moment. I'll keep looking, but if you know where it is, please give me the link. I'll be checking your talk, so just reply here. I ask you cause you're the one who informed me that it is allowed, so I figured you might already know exactly where it states that. Bsroiaadn 05:05, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

From Wikipedia:User page: On a user's own talk page, policy does not prohibit the removal of comments at that user's discretion, although archival is preferred to removal. Please note, though, that removing warnings from one's own talk page is often frowned upon.
So, basically, it's not a good idea, and everyone has a right to be a little annoyed by a user removing warnings, but it's not explicitly disallowed, only frowned upon. Leebo T/C 05:10, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Leebo,

Thanks for letting me know about the username policy. I did create the account to correct some stuff regarding Parks Guard (which I am affiliated with), but I'd be happy to change it to a personal account so as not to be violating any rules. Unfortunately, Wikipedia does not seem to be user friendly for contributors, and I can't figure out how the hell to change the name. If you could offer any guidance, I'd be happy to hear it.—Preceding unsigned comment added by Parksguard (talkcontribs)

More Shelby Young nonsense

There seems to be an identity crisis going on here between the user Shelbyyoung and 76.173.44.237. Both claim to be the real thing. However, the IP's proof is a widely-known pic of Shelby, with a note asserting their claim to be the real thing Photoshopped in. This MIGHT be CineWorld, although a reverse DNS shows this new address as coming from a roadrunner account in California, whereas before, CineWorld's IP showed a roadrunner account in North Carolina. Have contacted admins associated with this case as well. Thanks.

After minor rephrasing for this page not to look like an ad this page should be updated by taking off the deletion notice because I have found an article that confirms its notability: "MySpace.com announced today it will commemorate the first birthday of the community's most popular franchise, Secret Shows presented by Chili's, by launching an alliance with Best Buy. Under the deal, MySpace Secret Show artists will receive promotion in more than 550 Best Buy stores nationwide." -ClearStation. Anyways if anyone would like to comment on this or edit this or see the full article please do. Username

Too be honest, I cannot even remember warning this user, yes I was in the wrong and upon closer inspection it is not inappropriate I accidentaly missed it on my talk page, because I get many comments their I sometimes miss them, apologies! Tellyaddict 15:36, 29 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

See the comments left on the talk page of the user who left the messages, it is against policy, I found his but not your comments - highly offensive Tellyaddict 17:37, 29 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

IMA

Hi, since you decided to inject yourself into dispute about what is believed by many people to be particularly bad calls by some administrators on Wikipedia, I thought you might find a moment to look at the following link: [2] You will find that there is currently a grand total of seven mathematics research institutes supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF). You may also find that IMA is one of the oldest. Please, do not hesitate to follow the links to the IMA's own webpage, and honestly answer the question: are you convinced now that it is a premier research center? Given the few clicks it takes to establish what it is, can you see the reason why many a mathematician feel that it is pathetic to argue about its so-called "notability"? How would you feel if someone speedily deleted an article ... um ... let's say New England claiming the subject was not notable enough, or did not appear so? Re: CliosCalamityofClits

Leebo, I added the concern point to this one due to it's use of the last word. The others are odd, but I don't immediately see a username issue, perhaps a sockpupet/meatpupet issue. Cascadia TALK| HISTORY 18:35, 2 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Aye. I'll add the others to my watchlist as well. If I make a move, I'll let you know, and vice versa! Cascadia TALK| HISTORY 18:38, 2 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You made an original vote to the AFD for that article at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/James Earl Salisbury, your original problems with the article appear to have been met. If you would care to update or clarify your position, your input would be useful in executing wikipedia policy. McKay 15:30, 3 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes..

Dear Leebo

Deleting my page was completely uncalled for. I would like a refund for my troubles of creating it, or the page returned.

Morfik

Leebo, I've worked on the Morfik page some more, and I'm looking for any final feedback you might have. I'm not sure what else to do. It's cited, it has lots of external links, and...now what? Thanks.MikeyTheK 02:37, 4 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Envy: toolbox

Leebo... awesome toolbox! Mind if I add that to my page as well, I've got quick links, but they aren't really that quick. Cascadia TALK| HISTORY 20:59, 4 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, I don't mind. I added that a while back, and I don't remember whose it was based off of (someone who had also taken it from another user's page) and I modified it. It's helpful, so I don't have any issues with people copying it. Leebo T/C 21:02, 4 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I stopped talking to you when the issue of abusing user talk pages was resolved. But there seems to be some more of that with new user names. Leebo T/C 16:08, 5 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
