Aintree railway station can refer to one of several railway stations in the area of Aintree, Merseyside, England:
- Fazakerley - The first Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway station, named "Simonswood" initially, then "Aintree" and is now known as "Fazakerley".
- Aintree - The second Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway station, known as "Aintree Sefton Arms" for a while, is the current "Aintree" station.
- Aintree Central - Initially named "Aintree Racecourse", then "Aintree" and finally "Aintree Central".
- Aintree Racecourse - Originally named "Aintree Cinder Lane", before being renamed to "Aintree Racecourse".
