Article or advertisement?[edit]

I've flagged for both citation and POV. Phrases such as "unique to the northern Arizona communities it serves," "it has been a leader," "all of which are central..." etc. are better suited to a press piece than an encyclopedic article.

There is nothing personal in this; I stumbled across this article while looking for another use of "The Noise," and felt it needed the flags.PacificBoy 07:05, 26 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
