Red Jacket Press as Reference[edit]

I'm not sure as to the appropriateness of the Red Jacket Press reference (now listed under Notes). The linked site does indeed verify the date of publication of the Arkham House edition and the original appearance in Weird Tales. However, it is clearly a commercial site seeking to sell a reprint of the book. Additionally, all four of the other listed references do indicate the Arkham date. They also all list the Weird Tales appearance, though the Nielsen does not give the date.
