Remake, REMAKE, REMAKE![edit]

If any film needed a remake, THIS is it. It's cute yet horrible. This MUST be made. -G—Preceding unsigned comment added by 134.117.157.66 (talk) 00:10, 10 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

MST3k?[edit]

Did the MST3k crew every get ahold of this film? I can't find a reference that they did, but a friend is certain he saw them give this film the usual treatment. --StarGeek 02:05, 7 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Nope. He's probably thinking of The Killer Shrews. 71.231.56.40 02:45, 5 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Night of the Lepus poster.jpg[edit]

Image:Night of the Lepus poster.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page. If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. BetacommandBot (talk) 23:58, 2 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The Matrix and Night of the Lepus[edit]

In 1999 film, The Matrix, Night of the Lepus is shown in the background of one short sequence. When Neo and Morpheus travel into The Matrix to visit the Oracle, Night of the Lepus is playing in the background where several children are floating wooden blocks in the air. 173.55.105.40 (talk) 23:03, 18 May 2011 (UTC)Michael[reply]

Monty Python and the Holy Grail[edit]

This article might profitably discuss the appearance of a killer rabbit in Monty Python and the Holy Grail. WilliamSommerwerck (talk) 14:50, 28 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Lepus?[edit]

This film is cursed from the start by being called 'Night of the Lepus'. Lepus is the generic name for hares and jackrabbits. The 'cute bunny rabbits' in the movie are actually a completely different, if closely related, genus.

I suppose 'Night of the Oryctolagus' just doesn't have the same ring to it. Stub Mandrel (talk) 22:52, 26 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Talk pages are for discussing the article, not the subject of the article[edit]

Per WP:TALK#USE: "Talk pages are for discussing the article, not for general conversation about the article's subject (much less other subjects). Keep discussions focused on how to improve the article. Comments that are plainly irrelevant are subject to archiving or removal."

I realize that this movie has a lot of fans, but the talk page isn't for general discussion of the subject; it's supposed to be exclusively a place to discuss how to improve the article. Pleas for someone to make a sequel, etc. don't belong here. Reddit might be a more appropriate place for what you're trying to do.
