I will fix this by adding the appropriate references.

I look forward to that. He is mentioned by Time Magazine, profiled in The New York Times (I'm not registered though), and mentioned in many scholarly sources. He was important in the history of Ugandan Christianity it seems.--T. Anthony (talk) 09:19, 22 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Saved by Festo’s Sermon[edit]

I was 28 years old and struggling with my life. I was invited to hear Festo speak at St. Ansgar’s Lutheran church in Salinas, California. Just like my father, Festo spoke with a perfect English accent. It was like he was speaking directly to me. I can’t remember the details of what he said, but when he finished, he asked the congregation that was there for an altar call. One other person and I went forward and was prayed over. I left the church feeling different and asking myself what just happened to me? But here it is 53 years later, and God has walked with me and cared for me every day of my life since. And I praise him every single day! 45.20.117.141 (talk) 12:45, 7 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
