Additional Soundtrack Note ...[edit]

i saw this film recently , and the credit went by too fast , so maybe someone else can fill this in , but , Billy Mumy was credited with the song the boys sing while driving the jeep. It had a title something like , "It's Going To Be A Good Day" or "It's A Good Day". Plot summary[edit]

The plot summary is awful. It needs to be rewritten. I last saw this movie over 40 years ago, but happened to be thinking of it and wanted to refresh my memory. There seem to be very few detailed plot summaries online. I don’t have time to edit the article right now, but here’s the best plot summary I’ve found. Much of it matches the previous version of this page. (I’m not sure which way the copying went, given the number of sites that copy Wikipedia content, but I didn’t see this content anywhere else.)
