Shouldn't "The Historical Road of Eastern Othodoxy" under WORKS be "Orthodoxy"? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.251.201.97 (talkcontribs) 31 July 2005‎

Of course. Why didn't you fix it? Not the sort of thing that requires discussion. Holford 16:06, 31 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Fr. Schmemann was named a "mitred archpriest" by Met. Ireney of the Russian Orthodox Metropolia. In 1966, he was named "Protopresbyter of the Ecumenical Throne" by Ecumenical Patriarch Athenagoras, presented by Archbishop Iakovos during services at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral in New York City.Jlmcea 22:04, 30 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Edit request[edit]

Just one correction on the entry concerning Fr. Schmemann. I was at the seminary as a student at the time of his passing, and he did not Italic textdie in New York City, but at his home in what was then called Crestwood, and is now called a part of the town of Yonkers.
