This article nees work not deletion. Briefly, the article is about the sole independent Police_Ombudsman whose role is of critical inportance in the criminal / judicial system in Northern Ireland. In short I'm surprised that it took this long to get an article up on her and I can't understand why it is marked for deletion. From the BBC Radio 4 website;

Nuala O'Loan is the Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland. Some might consider this one of the least enviable jobs on offer.
In August last year, she was charged with looking into police handling of the Omagh bombing in 1998. The attack left 31 dead including two unborn children. Her report found that the RUC had prior knowledge of an attack and it questioned the leadership of Northern Ireland's Chief Constable, Sir Ronnie Flanagan.
She talks to Jenni about breaking through the power structures in Northern Ireland and how she faced up to the personal criticism.[1]
