Welcome to Wikipedia!

Welcome to Wikipedia, Sulasgeir! I'm Celestianpower. I noticed that you were new and/or have yet to receive any messages so I just thought I'd pop in to say "hello". Hello. Wikipedia can be a little intimidating at first, since it's so big but we won't bite so Be Bold and get what you know down in microchips! If you do make a mistake, that's fine, we'll assume good faith and just correct you: it'll take a few seconds maximum! Here, however, are a few links to get you started:

There are lots of policies and guidelines to get to grips with but they all make your life easier and your stay more fun in the long run. If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page or add {{helpme}} to your userpage - someone will come very, very quickly to your aid. Please be sure to sign your posts on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~) to produce your name and the current date, along with a link to your user page. This way, others know when you left a message and how to find you. It's easier than having to type out your name, right? ;)

I hope you enjoy contributing to Wikipedia. We can use all the help we can get! Have a great time, all the best, sayonara and good luck! --Celestianpower talk 16:07, 3 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:1.2 made by “Scotland's leading flagmakers”. copy.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:1.2 made by “Scotland's leading flagmakers”. copy.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 06:08, 8 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

My Warning[edit]

Sorry about that, Huggle marked it as a extremely high-risk edit and this is the first time I've ever seen Huggle make a mistake like that. I have removed the warning as it was extrodinarily incorrect.

Again, sorry for the trouble! DARTH PANDAduel 16:46, 8 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for April 25[edit]

Hi. When you recently edited Rockall, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages St Kilda and Soay (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

October 2014[edit]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Rockall may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s and 3 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, BracketBot (talk) 03:07, 12 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
