A tag has been placed on Draft:Anastasia Andreyeva requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.lolaakinmade.com/snapshot/snapshot-endia-beal/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 22:46, 6 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

November 2018[edit]

Copyright problem icon Your addition to Endia Beal has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without evidence of permission from the copyright holder. If you are the copyright holder, please read Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for more information on uploading your material to Wikipedia. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted material, including text or images from print publications or from other websites, without an appropriate and verifiable license. All such contributions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of content, such as sentences or images—you must write using your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously and persistent violators of our copyright policy will be blocked from editing. See Wikipedia:Copying text from other sources for more information. Based on your edit summary from when you last created this page, "Cited the publications, added the picture.", I gather you may think you resolved the copyright issue by citing the publications. It doesn't work that way: acknowledging your sources is usually necessary when reproducing copyrighted material, but it isn't usually sufficient. Anyway, basically, you should write in your own words, not copy sentences and paragraphs from elsewhere. Please do draft a fresh article on her, as Beal appears to have the notability required for coverage by Wikipedia. Largoplazo (talk) 19:57, 30 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Largoplazo Thank you so much for pointing out the issue. I am currently working on the new version of the article. Pirozhochek (talk) 15:52, 3 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Largoplazo Thank you for your edits and your help. Currently I am working on the text of the article, so I can fix the adressed problems. Pirozhochek (talk) 15:46, 3 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
That's great! In the meantime, though, we can't carry someone else's work here. I don't know whether you had this text in your sandbox because you were figuring on editing it to produce a new version of the article but, just in case: close paraphrasing can still present problems. SeeWP:Close paraphrasing. It's best to start right off with the article organized in your own way and written in your own words. Largoplazo (talk) 15:51, 3 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Largoplazo Thanks for pointing that out! I am trying to avoid close paraphrasing, though I still stick to the same structure. Can that be a problem? Pirozhochek (talk) 17:05, 3 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Please start over in draft space and submit it for review via Wikipedia:Articles for creation. You've made three attempts and all three of them are copyright violations, although your most recent one was better. Under no circumstances should you attempt to put the article in main space yourself until someone else has reviewed it.
You should never remove a speedy deletion template from a page you created. Repeated incidents will lead to your account being blocked. Only an uninvolved editor can remove those templates.
Also, if you have any association with the subject whatsoever, you need to disclose your conflict of interest. If your association involves payment, see WP:PAID for paid editing disclosure (which is a mandatory legal requirement to which you agreed when you created your account here), otherwise just leave a note on your user page about the conflict of interest. ~Anachronist (talk) 17:45, 3 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry about that, I am still not completely familiar with the procedure of submitting the article, so it got a little confusing. I have submitted the new draft for review. Thanks for your help! Pirozhochek (talk) 17:52, 3 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
