Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a message letting you know that one or more of your recent edits to Nickelodeon (Japanese TV channel) has been undone by an automated computer program called ClueBot NG.

Thank you. ClueBot NG (talk) 00:42, 17 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome![edit]

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. The following links will help you begin editing on Wikipedia:

Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia:

The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! Wikipedia:Today's featured article/requests/pending[edit]

Unfortunately, the articles you added to Wikipedia:Today's featured article/requests/pending are not currently Featured Articles. Because they aren't, they are not eligible to be chosen as the TFA, and I've removed them from the pending page. Imzadi 1979  03:56, 27 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I see that Imzadi1979 has already pointed this out to you; please stop nominating articles that are not Featured articles for WP:TFA. [1] SandyGeorgia (Talk) 03:06, 16 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Third notice re TFA[edit]

The United States is not a Featured article and is not eligible for WP:TFA; please stop requesting it. [2] SandyGeorgia (Talk) 12:39, 13 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, NewAnimationMan,
I'm not sure what is drawing you to the Featured Article area, it's not an area new editors typically get involved in. I would listen to the editors who specialize in this part of Wikipedia and do not propose articles that do not have Featured status. There are millions and millions of other subjects that could use your attention. If you have questions about editing on Wikipedia and where you might help out next, please visit the Teahouse. Liz Read! Talk! 01:47, 14 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not create hoaxes on Wikipedia, as you did at Draft:An American Holiday. Doing so is considered to be vandalism and is prohibited. If you are interested in how accurate Wikipedia is, a more constructive test method would be to try to find inaccurate statements that are already in Wikipedia—and then to correct them if possible. If you would like to make test edits, please use the sandbox. Under section G3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, the page has been nominated for deletion. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Liz Read! ArbCom 2021 Elections voter message[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2021 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 6 December 2021. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2021 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:56, 23 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for November 25[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page GMC. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 05:58, 25 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

January 2022[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Telenovelafan215. I noticed that you recently removed content from List of programs broadcast by Univision without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Request for adminship[edit]

Hi NewAnimationMan, thank you for your interest in submitting a request for adminship. Although RfA technically has no minimum requirements, in general, there are certain basic levels of contributions that the community looks for, without which an RfA is certain to fail. At this time you unfortunately do not meet a number of fundamental community-accepted criteria and I would recommend you withdrawal your nomination. An RfA that is clearly going to fail will often provoke a number of responses suggesting early closure that can be demoralizing for the candidate and some users feel deterred from further productive contributions. This is clearly not in the best interests of the candidate or Wikipedia, because it often takes more than one attempt. You seem to be a promising editor and I'd love to see you RfA in the future when the time is right. ––FormalDude (talk) 16:13, 26 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Your RfA has been tagged for speedy deletion. It does not look like a proper RfA at all. GeoffreyT2000 (talk) 05:37, 22 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You forgot to add something[edit]

Wild Things, 54, Judge Mills Lane, and Judge Joe Brown are all of those movies and TV shows turning 25. 2603:6010:3A00:5F1F:7475:21D5:4ADE:F2ED (talk) 04:26, 28 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Waxworker. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Nicktoons MLB, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Waxworker (talk) 22:04, 29 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free rationale for File:Rifftrax Website 20230907.png[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Rifftrax Website 20230907.png. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. — Ирука13 02:36, 8 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
