Last September you added certification thresholds to Federation of the Italian Music Industry but did not add a source. Could you please share the source? Best regards. --Muhandes (talk) 19:06, 13 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I think most of the source are available from Billboard and IFPI. MrFawwaz (talk) 06:10, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I added sources I found, but I could not find evidence for some of them. Most importantly, the sources I could find say FIMI changed the certification thresholds sometime in 2010 retroactively from the beginning of 2009. Do you have a source saying otherwise? You wrote that they only apply from July 2010 but I couldn't find a source for that. --Muhandes (talk) 06:24, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not too sure. If I'm not mistaken on Italian Wikipedia, they stated the new certification levels for music albums applies for albums released after mid-2010, whether domestic or foreign. Is it wrong? MrFawwaz (talk) 06:30, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Did they show a source? --Muhandes (talk) 07:43, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Of course they do. There are five sources, there are Source 1, Source 2, Source 3, Source 4 and Source 5. In addition, the Italian Wikipedia said that they start certifies albums and music DVDs in 1996 and 2005, respectively. Also, it was only in January 2005, when FIMI began to award Diamond for albums that has sold more copies. One of the source says that the current levels applies, which was changed in January 2009, is for singles. Although they has not started a Diamond award (in 1999), there are albums which was considered to have sold a million copies in Italy alone. MrFawwaz (talk) 12:00, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I had a close look at these five sources with the help of google translate and the only thing they added which I didn't already have was the levels for DVDs in 2005 from the fifth source. In other words, there still aren't any sources to the original numbers. --Muhandes (talk) 01:00, 15 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there. Regarding this edit, you combined quite a number of changes, and I have a question regarding one of them. You state that in Sweden certifications for singles and videos are according to shipments. Can you please direct me to your source? Best regards. --Muhandes (talk) 11:54, 1 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I do not know, but in the Hyperinflation article, I believe nothing is said about Turkey, but article about high inflation in Turkey is available only through chronic inflation. I do not think Turkey had suffered hyperinflation, but before being edited to a more correct information, it had said that Turkey has never suffered hyperinflation despite the high inflation compared to other countries. --MrFawwaz (talk) 03:30, 2 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Link piping[edit]

Hi. Can you have a look through the guidelines on link piping at WP:NOTBROKEN, please. Not only is it unnecessary, but it is actually undesirable, so please stop. --DAJF (talk) 14:30, 29 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I am very sorry to hear that. But if there is a redirected article that had the dash (-) but had not changed, I still have to change that. But not for link piping. - Fawwaz 14:40, 18 April 2014 (UTC)

No, it is not.[edit]

Regarding this edit, where you ask: "Is it good to edit this ?" The answer to your question is: No, it is not. As explained in WP:NOTBROKEN, it is not necessary to replace redirects with piped links. The practice is often harmful, because redirects that might become articles of their own would already have the links in place when the article is written if they are left alone, but if they are changed to piped links they will have to be changed back when the article is written. Sincerely, SamBlob (talk) 14:29, 18 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, but some of the articles, however, I may have two of my edits alone, including one of my recent edits. But actually people knows that, it is actually my mistake. - Fawwaz 14:40, 18 April 2014 (UTC)
