With apologies, I had to revert your edit; the only source I can find re Horner and Reale is within a user comment to TheWrap's article stating it was Chihara and not Reale. If you're aware of a reliable source that supports your edit, please feel free to restore it with a citation. Cheers! —ATinySliver/ATalkPage 00:16, 25 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Ah, OK. I am very well-aware that Horner studied with Paul Reale and not with Paul Chihara, as I was there. Horner and I were in the same composition seminar with Reale for a year and both studied with him privately, as well. Chihara, on the other hand, was on an extended leave of absence at the time, and neither of us studied with him, though we did know him. Don Davis, another big Hollywood composer and fellow-student of ours, confirms this on the same The Wrap article comments you refer to. Oh, well. Mark C Carlson 01:03, 25 June 2015 (UTC)

Yeah, it's one of the relatively rare faults of an encyclopedia; when the verifiable is incorrect, and the correct is unverifiable. Do feel free to put it back should you ever find a reliable source. ATinySliver/ATalkPage 01:36, 25 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
