I was looking at the article before it got draftified -- thanks for creating it! I am pretty sure Frank Tweedy is a notable person based on a few sources I already found, including his obit in NYT and his botanical work e.g. "Tweedypaws". So I am happy to add some work as well if you need help, let me know when you have it edited to your satisfaction. HouseOfChange (talk) 01:05, 2 September 2020 (UTC)

Thanks! Feel free to add info from NYT obit for sure. From a botanical perspective (my area) he is quite notable, definitely in need of a Wikipedia article. I have quite a bit to add, especially links to species he discovered, quite a few named for him. A collaborator will be contributing info about his topographic work in the Adirondacks.
