In general, a person or organization added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. Repeated recreation of article[edit]

Grindcomber, you've created Silvia Vargová after repeated rejections of content at WP:AFC, an AFD (admittedly not the best attended one), and repeated deletions at Szilvia Varga. This is disruptive behaviour, and may result in sanctions if repeated.

Would you please review WP:COI before editing further, as it appears that you may have a conflict of interest, and if so, you must declare it.
Before attempting further edits regarding Szilvia Varga, you should be able to identify in 1-3 sentences with reliable sources exactly why she clearly meets either general notability requirements or actor-specific ones, and exactly which criteria she meets. If this can't be done, then she is probably not sufficiently notable.
If she would meet these, however, you should then request endorsement using these sources and notability criteria at WP:DRV to re-create in Draftspace. If endorsement is not granted, then leave things alone for at least a couple of years until notability can be clearly established -- if it ever can be (ie: Don't return over and over and over again with the same rejected sources and arguments). If endorsement is granted, ensure that the article is written from a neutral point of view, use reliable sources, comply with WP:BLP as a biography, etc.
When the article is sufficiently complete and neutral, then put it through AFC (include a link to the DRV endorsement on the Talk Page).

Did you just create a fake AfC notice for yourself, after moving the article into mainspace https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Igor_Ciel&diff=prev&oldid=832220836? Hello, Grindcomber. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment.
