To make a side bar, you first need to create a user subpage (see WP:Subpages#How_to_create_user_subpages) for example User:Example/Sidebar and then you copy the HTML code that I wrote onto it. Read WP:BAND and WP:NOTE. Those show you how to establish notability. As the person above says, your band needs to meet one of the criteria at WP:BAND, and you need to establish the verifiability of this. Otherwise, the band's article is fated to be remain deleted.
