From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Janet Davis is new to Wikipedia, and an expert on beads and bead weaving. She's linked to us from her webpage, and has invited her community to help fill in the encyclopedia in this area. Awesome!

Welcome, Janet! I found your link to your beadwork article from Janet's Beadwork Links. I found the latter link, however, from our referer_log.  :-) Hope you have fun. --LMS

I'm also a computer scientist, an amateur cook and gardener, and an unrepentant copy-editor. :-)

Yay, copy editors! --MichaelTinkler

As a native Pole I must say that copy-editing my texts by a native speaker is most educational. Perhaps a reason to do more writing for Wikipedia :) Piotr Wozniak

I loved the Jamaican jerk spice page. I agree, recipes are great for an article like that!

To do

I know it was long ago, but thanks for the nice start on knitting.

I've started editing it a bit. May eventually add a lot there. We'll see.

Main namespace cleanup[edit]

Heya, I've moved Janet Davis/To do to User:Janet Davis/old-To do. There's some edit history, so perhaps you want to keep it. Otherwise just delete it (or ask an admin to do so). --fvw* 20:04, 2004 Dec 14 (UTC)

I've just history merged the two "To do" pages together. Graham87 11:57, 24 February 2009 (UTC)
