Background[edit]

Throughout the 1960s to the early 2000s, Albania did not managed to qualify for any of the UEFA European Championships held during this timeframe.

The 17th edition of the European Football Championship was organised by UEFA in Germany from 14 June to 14 July 2024.[2]
