Template talk:Shof

Page contents not supported in other languages.
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This template provides a link to a specified songwriter's page at the Songwriters Hall of Fame website, via its permanent link.

Usage[edit]

{{Shof|id=|name=}}

Find the songwriter by browsing the list or searching the website. The value for the id parameter will be at the end of the URL for the inductee's exhibit, such as "C113". Note: "name" parameter is optional. If omitted, article page title would be used.

Example[edit]

{{Shof|id=C113|name=Keith Richards}}

Keith Richards at the Songwriters Hall of Fame

Dead?[edit]

These links seem to be dead due to a (temporary?) closure of the site. They are probably useful if they come back online, but is there some way of making them not look bad in the meantime? Rigadoun (talk) 17:59, 24 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

template works...[edit]

The template works from today. I also edited the Usage section above and the documentation. DadaNeem (talk) 20:48, 18 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Needs updating[edit]

The links are all broken: the Songwriters Hall of Fame seems to now use the form https://www.songhall.org/profile/, rather than https://www.songhall.org/exhibits/. See the corresponding Wikidata property. --Animalparty! (talk) 21:26, 4 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
