I removed "In 1994 Spyder was granted a patent on SpeedWyre, a revolutionary technology that reduced wind drag on race suits by up to 20%; SpeedWyre was eventually banned by the FIS for giving unfair advantage, effectively retiring the technology." because its directly copied from spyders website - company history Quickie (talk) 14:00, 19 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

March 09 Tidy Up[edit]

Hi everyone, hope this isn't treading on anyone's toes, but I've just had a quick rehash of this stub article, to wrap it up and make it a bit tidier. I have had to remove some information, just because it didn't seem to fit in the stub as it was - hopefully if this article expands then it will be able to fit in a section.

There's a lot of information that could be added from the company website, but since this article has already been tagged as having problems with primary sources i've left that out for now - there seems to be very little other info on the web; surprising for such a well known brand!
