National Union of Mineworkers[edit]

You reverted my edit of the National Union of Mineworkers article - I changed "the collapse of the British coal mining industry" to "the destruction of...", which you said was "provocative". It's not a matter of provocation but of accuracy. "Collapse" implies that it happened spontaneously, which is not the case - the closing of most of Britain's mines was a deliberate policy decision by the government. There's nothing "provocative" about the article acknowledging that fact - many would argue that it was a good and necessary decision, others that it was a bad decision, but what matters to Wikipedia is that it was a decision.
