Timpennington's changes[edit]

I have repeatedly reverted changes by Timpennington (talk · contribs) for several reasons:

He is uploading vast amounts of text from the township website with nothing on the website to permit such copy/pasting and no attribution to the township website
He is deleting large amounts of sourced, properly formatted text
His text introductions are altogether unwikified, and his pictures' licenses are doubtful, except for the obviously copyvio seal that he has twice uploaded
His edits are drastically POV: "Today, Miami Township hosts major employers, offers an extensive selection of newer homes, a high level of services and an excellent quality of life."

I'm sorry to say that I accidentally violated 3RR: not because I was intending to win at all costs, but because I wasn't paying attention. We may do more than three reversions in the case of vandalism, and this seems to me somewhat like it, but I still shouldn't have done that and didn't mean to.
