Untitled[edit]

I don't know who's been putting grid references and GPS co-ordinates all over some of these North Yorkshire pages, but I don't really understand their obsession with making this data so prominent. Having two OS grid references above the BBC coverage of the Barlby flooding, the most significant event to happen to the place in years, just beggars belief in my opinion. It's also inconsistent with the coverage of other geographical pages. You don't see these references emblazoned all over the Manchester and Birmingham pages for example. I propose that they be removed, or at least put somewhere less prominent. --Archstanton 11:11, 15 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
