Plav (German: Plaben) is a municipality and village in České Budějovice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 400 inhabitants.

Plav lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) south of České Budějovice and 132 km (82 mi) south of Prague.
