Negin Kavir District (Persian: بخش نگین کویر) is in Fahraj County, Kerman province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Dehnow-e Eslamabad.[3]

In 2009, Chahdegal Rural District and Fahraj District were separated from Bam County in the establishment of Fahraj County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with the city of Fahraj as its capital and only city at the time.[3]

The National Census in 2011 counted 27,357 people in 6,602 households.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 26,922 inhabitants in 6,643 households.[2]

After the census, the village of Dehnow-e Eslamabad was elevated to the status of a city.[5]
