Moghan (Persian: مغان, also Romanized as Moghān)[3] is a village in Pain Velayat Rural District of the Central District of Kashmar County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,978 in 544 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 2,274 people in 680 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,516 people in 788 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
