Farah Dasht District (Persian: بخش فرح‌دشت) is in Kashmar County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Farg Qaleh,[2] whose population at the National Census of 2016 was 2,134 people in 663 households.[3]

In 2018, Qaleh-ye Bala Rural District and Rezqabad Rural District were established in the newly formed Farah Dasht District.[2] The villages of Farg and Qaleh-ye Bala were merged to form the new city of Farg Qaleh.[4]
