Hana Rural District (Persian: دهستان حنا)[3] is in the Central District of Semirom County, Isfahan province, Iran.[4] It is administered from the city of Hana.[5]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 2,914 in 648 households.[6] There were 2,213 inhabitants in 530 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,330 in 905 households. The most populous of its 67 villages was Gol Afshan, with 1,236 people.[2]
