Chianeh (Persian: چيانه), also Romanized as Chīāneh and Cheyānah,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Piran Rural District of the Central District of Piranshahr County, West Azerbaijan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 390 in 63 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 356 people in 85 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 347 people in 89 households.[2]
