Campus Ambassadors are trained students, staff, and Wikipedians in the area who are available on-campus to help students. Campus Ambassadors are assigned to each class; click your university's name in the table of contents at right to see which Ambassadors are working with your course, or visit your course page.
Online Ambassadors are also available to help students regardless of university.

I am currently working at the City University of New York Graduate Center's New Media Lab developing a digital humanities undergraduate course that will incorporate Wikipedia writing/research assignments. The course blends online collaborative commenting with "live" weekly seminar discussions and will ultimately include multiple international cohorts collaborating simultaneously on a common wiki from distant academic enclaves around the English-speaking world.

Hi all. My name is Adam and I'm a Wikipedian in Washington, D.C. I am a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park and currently work for the Historical Society of Washington, D.C. I will be assisting as a Campus Ambassador for Prof. Michael Cornfield in two courses: Fundamentals of Political Management at GWU and Grassroots Politics and Public Policy at George Mason University School of Public Policy.
This fall I will be working for Center for New Designs in Learning and Scholarship (CNDLS) at Georgetown University, on the Commons project (which involves blogs, wikis, and other tools for teaching and learning). My name is Michael Chen, and I'm a campus ambassador to Harvard University. I've long used Wikipedia and made minor edits, but have only recently started to contribute more significantly. I'm interested in the ways in which the Internet affects society, and how the sharing of information can accelerate innovation and advance culture more rapidly. I am a museum studies graduate student at IUPUI and recently served as the Teacher Assistant for the Collections Care and Management course. Over the past two years this course has helped to create WikiProject Public Art, which includes a variety of tools that can be used in the classroom. I am currently the Wikipedian-in-Residence at The Children's Museum of Indianapolis where I am assisting with museum-Wikipedia collaboration, including a student program to create Wikipedia articles for the museum's notable objects.

I am a Wikipedia Campus Ambassador at Louisiana State University. My course will be participating in the U.S. Public Policy Project during the Spring 2011 Semester. Students enrolled in ISDS 4120 - Data Communications will be working on improving and adding articles for computer networking. This is my first semester to be working with the US Public Policy Project. I look forward to teaching so I can learn more about Wikipedia myself.
As an ambassador, I serve as a resource to all students in our courses using Wikipedia as a core component. I hold office hours throughout the week so that I am available to students who need my assistance. I have been a trained Ambassador since January 2011.

I am Mike Cline, Vice President Operations, Venturist Inc. I have worked as a software and presentation designer, programmer and strategic planning consultant with Venturist, Inc. since 1996. I have experience with Visual Studio .NET, ToolBook and many other software applications. I currently program strategic planning tools to support consulting operations and teach strategic planning concepts to global companies. Before that, I was a Federal Law Enforcement Officer for 23 years with experience in major felony fraud and criminal investigations; and counterintelligence investigations and operations.
I'm delighted to serve as a Wikipedia Campus Ambassador. Among other endeavors, the MSU WCA team is working with Writing 101 students to integrate neutral, verifiable writing into their coursework, and ultimately contribute this content to Wikipedia. Thus far, we have helped students expand approximately 50 stubs and create content for 3 new articles. We hope to double those numbers in the Spring 2012 semester.

My name is Adrianne Wadewitz and I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Center for Digital Learning and Research at Occidental College. I spend my time teaching faculty how to use technology in the classroom and in their research. Laura Cruz is an Associate Professor of History and currently serves as the Director of the Coulter Faculty Commons at Western Carolina University. She received her PhD from the University of California at Berkeley in 2001. She is long-time supporter of Wikipedia and her research focuses on social and economic networking in the seventeenth-century Netherlands.
