As part of the project's New Year's Resolutions, there is an ongoing effort to decrease the number of stubs to 5%. As of , we are at 7.30%, with 358 articles currently in Category:Stub-Class Professional wrestling articles. It still would be greatly appreciated if members would expand, source and improve stub articles, and a list of well-known wrestlers and tag teams that should be fairly easy to improve is included on the stub article subpage.
Based on the members list, there are currently 238 members participating in WikiProject Professional wrestling.

Recent Professional Wrestling News

On June 20:
- El Hijo de Cien Caras and Máscara Año 2000, Jr. defeated Pirata Morgan and El Hijo de Pirata Morgan to win the IWRG Intercontinental Tag Team Championship.
- At WWE's Fatal 4-Way pay-per-view:
  - Alicia Fox won the WWE Divas Championship by winning a fatal four-way match also involing the defending champion Eve, Maryse, and Gail Kim.
  - Rey Mysterio defeated defending champion Jack Swagger, The Big Show and CM Punk in a fatal four-way match to win the World Heavyweight Championship.
  - Sheamus won the WWE Championship for the second time by pinning defending champion John Cena in a fatal four-way match also involving Edge and Randy Orton.
On June 23 World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) announced that Savannah had been released from her contract.
On June 24:
- Silver King defeated Máscara Año 2000, Jr. to win the IWRG Intercontinental Heavyweight Championship.
- Toni Adams, real name Toni Donahoo, the former valet and wife of Chris Adams died at the age of 45 in Louisville, Kentucky.
El Scorpio died in Mexico at the age of 57 on June 25.
On June 26:
- It was reported that The Great Mephisto had undergone surgery on his carotid artery to improve blood flow.
- The Caribbean Connection (Coconut Jones and Maximo Suave) defeated defending champions A Trip To Hell, CloudLee, and The McCloud Brothers in a four corners elimination cage match to win the NWA New York Tag Team Championship at NWA New York's Continuing the Tradition 2010 show.
- The GCW Tag Team Championship was declared vacant, when a time-limit draw occured between the champions, The Entourage (Joey Kings and Ethan Page) and The Heartbreakers (Joey Valentine and Mike Hart).
On June 29:
- It was reported that CM Punk had undergone surgery on his arm the previous week.
- Dixie Carter announced that Velvet Sky had signed a new long-term contract with TNA.
On June 30:
- Ricky Steamboat was hospitalised. While initially believed to be a brain aneurysm, it was later reported that a capillary burst had caused bleeding on Steamboat's brain.
- It was reported that Ed Ferrara had left the TNA booking team.
On July 2, Alex Koslov and Christina Von Eerie defeats Aero Star and Faby Apache to win the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship
On July 3, Dixie Carter announced that Magnus and Douglas Williams had signed new long-term contracts with TNA.
