Soudanese mantis[edit]

I find this image so stunning, I wish there were an article to go with it. Currently it is but one of several images on the article Praying mantis. I don't know much about this image, other than that it is an image from Wikimedia commons, uploaded by a French-speaking user named Concombre.

I like it, and the resolution is good, but it suffer from the fact that only the head and front legs of the insect are in focus. It might also have a better chance if there was a Sudanese mantis article, because as it is it only adds marginal value to the Praying mantis article. TSP 16:40, 3 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
