This article has been expanded and copyedited several times by myself. It went through a fairly unsuccessfull peer review. I think that it is worthy of being a FA. But Tyler didn't. Some of the work in Tyler's book is original research, but most comes from research papers. Have a look through the references, and see if you can find the papers on the net.
