Hi my concern is just with the origin of banu musa which you wrote they were Persians, banu musa as their Wikipedia page says they are “unknown pedigree“ so I thought it’s more accurate to not mention the origin. For your kind, thank you. Zezzoo24 (talk) 11:15, 25 December 2020 (UTC)

Disruptive editing and possible sockpuppetry

Hi Zezzoo24, you have been making edits that violate Wikipedia's core policies including verifiability, neutral point of view, original research, and/or possibly others. Here are the two main issues:

1. Many of your edits are removing sourced content and inserting unsourced or dubious material which appear to push a personal opinion or point of view, in particular by removing mentions of non-Arab peoples (such as Berbers or Persians) and often replacing them with mentions of Arab ethnicity instead. This may be considered disruptive editing and may even be considered vandalism. This is most evident in your recent edits to the Ali ibn al-Athir, Emirate of Granada and Emirate of Sicily pages on January 15 and 16, as well as in at least one earlier edit you made here.
2. From a quick look at the edit history of those same pages, it also looks very likely that you are attempting to repeat your edits anonymously through other IP addresses such as this one and this one. Even if these were unintentional, this violates Wikipedia's policy on "sockpuppetry": in other words, it makes it look like you're pretending that multiple people support your changes when in fact it is only you. If you would like to edit the encyclopedia, please use only one account while editing.

As some friendly advice: if you are genuinely interested in improving the encyclopedia, please take these issues seriously and make sure your future editing is in line with Wikipedia policies. You should also listen to the feedback of other editors and try to solicit consensus for changes if someone else disagreed with them, by simply going to the talk page and explaining the changes you think should be made. If consensus is against your changes, you need to respect this. Lastly, of course, you are always expected to cite reliable sources to support any changes or additions to pages, unless they are cosmetic changes like fixing typos.
