Article Deletion[edit]

The article was deleted as it had been discussed by the community in an article for deletion, and as the footballer did not meet the requirements for notability, that the article could not remain. Although that original deletion discussion took place at the end of 2008, the player's status has changed very little - the team is not even a fully professional team, and therefore does not meet the requirements for inclusion. You may wish to join the footballing project for more assistance, if that's the focus you wish to work in.

Hi, as noted on BWilkins talk page, the club is professional, but the league they play in is not fully-professional as per the criteria set at WP:ATHLETE.
