Nomination of Vov Dylan for deletion

User page vs User talk page

Hello. On 24 December you made the following edit, difference between versions to my User page. Usually that page is for the User to edit for themselves and unless invited to do so you should not edit someone else's User page. If you wish to write a message to another editor then go to their User talk page. For me, it is at User talk:Shaidar cuebiyar, where I moved your message. Vov Dylan was deleted

As you know, the article on Vov Dylan was deleted, (see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Vov Dylan for details).

1. Firstly, you have to be aware that you are using a User name which gives the impression that you are (or represent) Vov Dylan himself. If so you need to declare your connection as a conflict of interest. Read WP:COI for more instructions on how to handle topics with which you are directly connected or have a personal/business interest in.
2. If you want to create the article anew: you will have to start a Draft version at WP:Drafts
3. The AfD has a number of comments from different users. In your draft, you need to address all their concerns and provide independent and reliable sources to support that information. Specifically "If you are recreating a page similar to the previously deleted page, or are unsure, please first contact the user(s) who performed the action(s) listed below." 4. You need to read WP:MUSICBIO, WP:BIO1E and WP:NOTINHERITED for the background on the main reasons this article was deleted. In your draft version, you need to make sure that these issues are addressed.
