Alitalia fleet table

There was further discussion at WT:WikiProject Airlines and at my talk page, and we agreed that the table can't be referenced by a forum. While I'm sure you were editing in good faith, your edits went against Wikipedia policies such as WP:RELIABLE and WP:BLOGS etc., so any further edits to the Alitalia fleet adding the forum as a reference might be considered disruptive. Your recent activity at Qantas

This edit has been reverted. The “Codeshared flights” section in airline articles lists only those services flown by other airlines and codeshared by the airline of the article. The reference you provided for Alitalia clearly states that Qantas flies some of the routes. Alitalia fleet again

Dear WindOfFreedom, can I ask you once again to explain your edits and not just revert changes without reason. Please take a look at the latest discussion at Talk:Alitalia. You see clearly that the fleet table must be referenced and the numbers must be the same as what is shown in the reference. Forums, rumours or first hand information CANNOT be used in an encyclopedia, which shows published information only, that can be verified by anyone (this is a fundamental Wikipedia principle). If you also think like some editors that CH-aviation is not a good enough ref, then we can use the Alitalia Ulisse magazine instead (I don't know if you have a recent edition), but this will be more complicated to update. In any case before changing the numbers, first change the reference, and then you can update the numbers according to that ref. Then explain what you have done in the edit summary! Otherwise your edits can only be considered as disruptive. Regards, Speed74 (talk) 06:52, 26 May 2012 (UTC).

Update: Please stop reverting, you are fully aware that your edits go against Wikipedia rules. Last time I'm saying it - even if you know what you say is TRUE doesn't mean it can be included in the article. Content must be verifiable by anyone by looking in an accesible, reliable source, that is the most important. Take a look here, WP:Truth and WP:V. Dear Wind of freedom, I take it you're being honest and have posted the fleet numbers present in the may edition of Ulisse. This should include the Air One planes. Also, until a more recent version of Ulisse is found, there is no more reason to change the fleet numbers every other day. I'm glad we've come to an agreement. Airlines at London City Airport

Hi! I undid your revision concerning Airlines at LCY. In fact, the flights operated by CityJet have no CityJet flight numbers. They are all operated on behalf of Air France (on a franchise basis). If you try to book a flight on CityJet own homepage you'll see what I mean. They display the information as follows: "Airline: Air France operated by CityJet". CityJet is fully owned by Air France. Hi. On the Fiumicino page, you used the (mmddyy) date format as well as the Prague Airport page (European, Middle Eastern, and some Asian airports use the DD/MM/YYYY format) while US airports use the MM/DD/YYYY format. I was blocked because of a vague policy which you twisted with the help of some friends. I must admit, I really enjoyed the attention I got, I mean hundreds of hits on my user page per day was a real treat, all because of you! So to quickly sum it up for you: your version of the policy lowers the accuracy of the encyclopedia, you reduce the quality of the website and I plan to council whoever I please. @Gdandsnahb, the reason it was removed because it wasn't bookable and there was no official announcement. Also, BA was reinstated at Lanzarote Airport page because there is now a visible source for it. I didn't say to rely on booking engines for verification......we should only add new services unless there is a visible source announcing it (press release or a news article). I would not consider the source used for the Lanzarote page, in a foreign languge might I add on an english encyclopedia...., as reliable. Airlineroute, which tracks updates in reservation systems is much more trust worthy then a random third party travel website, whom many of which get their information from Airlineroute. This is all quite comical as the featured quote on Airlineroute's homepage is from British Airways' Network Development Manager with him saying it is "invaluable resource to keep up-to-with the latest schedule changes". My point is: the only truly reliable sources are from the parties involved in the running of the service, ie. British Airways and AENA. Suggesting that the source placed on Lanzarote's page is reliable is a testament to how big of a joke this "policy" I hear about is. Air Journal is not a travel website, but a serious reliable source, like Flightglobal or Air Transport World. Moreover, foreign language sources are perfectly valid to be used, according to WP:NOENG. Please become familiar with WP:SOURCE and WP:VERIFY before trying to correct others, including myself. It's clear that you have learnt nothing from the two blocks you went through. Ethiopian Airlines destinations

This is the third time I undo your (unilateral) edit at the article. The link that you pointed out in the last of your edit summaries says nothing at all about splitting the tables for passenger and cargo destinations. There are two tables because one of them includes two additional columns for start/end dates, while the other does not. Any article should have one version of the table, but not both, let alone two different tables. That's very clear to me because I was one of the participants in the discussion and the building of the new format. It's evident that you do not even take the proper time to read the guidelines. Rather, you keep moving articles at discretion, without consensus, and keep believing that Wikipedia belongs to you when this project is built by consensus. The thread above is just an example, you do not follow the guidelines neither at airport nor at airline articles. TAROM destinations

Oh, I see, you linked the Italian site in the infobox. The refs pretty much disagree (the ones that aren't dead links, anyway). Hi, Wind of Freedom, I am a very passionate person who likes to work on the new Air Italy & AQA Holding wiki page. The AQA Holding page I would like to have the page similar to the LATAM Group wiki page. I believe that the AQA Holding Page should not be deleted because it has already been lined with Meridiana & Air Italy wiki page. My reason why the page should stay up as it gives information to the Parenting Company. Even tho most operation is accrued under Air Italy, I Still believe it should be up still.

The real problem is the whole page, who calls LATAM Chile something that doesn’t have officially this name, while LATAM Chile is another airline (former LATAM Express).
