How do I close this account permanently

You cannot have your account deleted. If you want to leave Wikipedia, the typical approach is to simply stop editing. There is courtesy vanishing, but that wouldn't do much since you only have a few edits, and the only page in your userspace is this talk page, which probably wouldn't be deleted. Information icon Please do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Irfaan Ali.
