September 2015[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm VQuakr. I noticed that you made a comment on the page Talk:Air conditioning that didn't seem very civil. Wikipedia is built on collaboration, so it's one of our core principles to interact with one another in a polite and respectful manner. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. VQuakr (talk) 19:58, 25 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

In answer to this comment: So far you have succeeded only in consuming much more of the time, in combination, of other editors spent debating with you at Talk:Air conditioning about a totally absurd issue than the total of the time you have contributed (based on your edit history on this account) to anything that would improve Wikipedia. If you truly have any interest in the improvement of the encyclopedia, you will stop the drama, drop the stick and make some constructive, well-considered edits to other articles. Edit warring at Breitbart News Network[edit]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Breitbart News Network shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you get reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. -- BullRangifer (talk) 16:09, 17 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Gamergate Discretionary Sanctions notice[edit]

This message contains important information about an administrative situation on Wikipedia. It does not imply any misconduct regarding your own contributions to date.

Please carefully read this information:

The Arbitration Committee has authorised discretionary sanctions to be used for pages regarding all edits about, and all pages related to, (a) GamerGate, (b) any gender-related dispute or controversy, (c) people associated with (a) or (b), all broadly construed, a topic which you have edited. The Committee's decision is here.

Discretionary sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimize disruption to controversial topics. This means uninvolved administrators can impose sanctions for edits relating to the topic that do not adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, our standards of behavior, or relevant policies. Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. This message is to notify you sanctions are authorised for the topic you are editing. Before continuing to edit this topic, please familiarise yourself with the discretionary sanctions system. Don't hesitate to contact me or another editor if you have any questions.

There's a discussion about you on ANI![edit]

Please note this complaint about you. Brustopher (talk) 09:54, 19 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because it appears that you are not here to build an encyclopedia. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Acroterion (talk) 12:06, 19 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Procedural decline, you haven't actually provided a reason why you should be unblocked. Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 20:48, 19 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I am being brigaded by MRA gaters who have been pushng for me to be banned for a while. See [1] as proof of them choosing to target me because they know I'm a minority and want to silence me. This is nothing but people telling lies to try and have me banned as I don't agree with their goals of driving all women out of gaming. This is all being instigated by presently banned editor here Lorgan Mac

Decline reason:

No. See also WP:NOTTHEM. Huon (talk) 21:02, 19 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I try to add feminism to this encyclopedia and I get blowback from conservative MRAs how is it irrelevant to showcase them targeting me on their subreddit? I can't believe the sexist attitude here towards someone making bold edits as is suggested by wikipedia. If you check the airconditioning talk page I left up the discussion over a week before even putting in the initial edit. Only a day or so later that subreddit post went up about me and suddenly I was targeted. I am being framed and tried as a troll and told to defend myself from what peoples opinion and dislike of strong actions. There is no evidence against me other than people opinion. This is nothing but a witch hunt and an attempt to deny female voices here on wikipedia from having input on important issues. If you allow me to be banned you will shoe them they can abuse the system and you will have MRA's and gaters launching such witch hunts on more users and any user who dares to try to how wikipedia show any representation of feminism in any article outside of just the feminism main article. I came here and gave my valuable time to edit for free to build a better, more open and inclusive wikipedia and I'm subjected to public witch hunts like this. So I put it to you, how can I prove I'm not a witch when there is only conjecture and opinion as evidence that I am?

Decline reason:

You're not blocked for being a witch. We allow witches. We don't allow trolls. Bigotry, I understand. --jpgordon::==( o ) 21:50, 19 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I'm being accused of being a troll and now a biggot. What because I'm preiudice against the pissbabies in gamergate who think it's their god given right to ruin women's lives? How dare I care for other women. How can I disprove the claim I'm a troll when there is no evidence for it other than subjective opinion.

Decline reason:

I've reviewed your edits at your request. Your first batch of edits were sophomoric trolling at Air conditioning‎, and then you moved on to, shockingly, Gamergate related edits. I don't see any pattern of constructive editing that would support your continued feigned indignation. Please use WP:UTRS for any future requests. Kuru (talk) 23:44, 20 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
