Re this change, is there any reason you feel that the US geographic stub is a better choice than the Puerto Rico geographic stub. Using the Puerto Rico geographic stub will bring the article to the attention of the WP:WikiProject Puerto Rico who can then improve it. However, talk pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at User talk:Merrytimes, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well.
