Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Vuze. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. Dear Editors, I will not create external links to the external content. At the time Softwaresavant added links to the external content about a year ago, the principle issue appeared to be that a fee was being charged for access to the content. As no fees are being charged for access to the content, that seemed to resolve the major concern that was expressed at that time. It appears your rules have tightened since then, and now prohibit any organization adding links to its own website, or any person or entity writing about itself. I was unaware of that the level of editorial supervision had tightened. I will respect your rules; however I continue to believe the content that you are excluding to be appropriate for inclusion in a corpus of world knowledge (even though you are excluding it) for the following reasons. Application Blueprint are large ultra high fidelity software engineering models for a specific software systems. People can go beyond just reading what others have written about these systems and actually inspecting a software application as software design artifact. The Application Blueprints enable readers to gain an in depth understanding of the actual algorithms, design and architecture of each of these systems. I understand that some readers prefer to know about things at a high-level, and that that kind of content is appropriate in wikipedia. On the other hand, some people want to know everything about how software works: eg. how the system is structured, how data flows through the system, the business rules that are in it, the data sources it uses, the complexity of the methods and classes that make up the system, the class hierarchies, and the relationship between the system and other systems. This kind of information is available for free as an open source resource at the links you removed. The open source application blueprints is a completely free resource for users and developers in the open source community to understand the properties of these and improve upon these systems. I appreciate your commitment to stop adding external links. Wikipedia wants to be inclusive, but self-promotion is not allowed, regardless of whether the linked content is useful or free.

Are you, in fact, the same user as Softwaresavant? If so, you should be aware that having multiple accounts is not allowed except in specific cases (which I do not believe apply here), and can result in all of your accounts being banned. See WP:SOCK for details. If you have multiple accounts, you should disclose them in accordance with the procedure at WP:SOCK#NOTIFY. I would then suggest discontinuing use of this account, editing only as Softwaresavant, and avoiding any edit that appears to promote your Application Blueprints. I also suggest remembering to fill in an edit summary with every edit you make. I would like to remove my associatiation with the TSRIOpenSourceBlueprints as well as the Softwaresavant identify, and delete both identities. This identity and the prior identity are tainted by this mistake and the prior mistake. If I have contributions to make to wikipeida in the future, I prefer to make them under my own identify rather than under a pseudoidentity that has been disparaged by a swarm of wiki editors. I renew my request that this identify and the other identity be discontinued, so that if I choose to contribute in the future I can do so under my own identity. I was unaware prior to making the latest round of edits how tightly controlled wikipedia had become. I was also unaware about the prohibition on multiple identifies. Now that I understand more about your culture, please honor my request for these tainted identifies to be discontinued, and let them be replaced them by an identify that can author without being tainted by these prior mistakes. While users in good standing are generally allowed to make a clean start (see WP:CLEANSTART), users who have been blocked are not usually permitted to simply cut ties to their old identities; if they could, it would be too easy to evade scrutiny (see WP:SCRUTINY). You had multiple editors warn you that your edits were inappropriate; that should have been a signal for you to stop and make sure that you understood the policies before making more such edits. You may have to simply accept that you will be viewed with suspicion for a while. If you make genuinely useful contributions, your reputation can be rebuilt.

With that said, I (barely) had not yet submitted the form that would have initiated a formal investigation into your multiple accounts, and your Softwaresavant account is not yet under any official penalty. If you place the {{retired}} tag on this talk page, stop using this account, and use the Softwaresavant account only for constructive contributions, I won't bother submitting the paperwork, and you should be able to continue editing as Softwaresavant. You can even clear the warnings from that account's talk page, so that your past issues will not be immediately obvious. However, if you give someone reason to delve into your conduct, they will very quickly turn up this page, so I would be very careful. As a platform member of the OMG TSRI's contributions include principal authorship of the OMG Abstract Syntax Tree Metamodeling (ASTM) specification (which is the basis for automated derivation of high fidelity language-neutral abstract software syntactical, semantic and design models), contributor to the OMG Software Metrics Metamodel (SMM) (which is the basis for the high-level metrics derived for software) and Knowledge Discovery Metamodels (KDM) (which is the basis for language neutral capture of software behavioral, structural and conceptual models capture). TSRI is a principal author of the OMG Software Pattern Recognition Metamodel (SPRM), an emerging metamodeling standard that will be used to define and support sharing of anti-pattern templates for detection of software weaknesses to facilitate the remediation of flaws and weaknesses in software, which limit the utility and impair the functionality of software. TSRI's Open Source Application Blueprints are exemplars of the use of automated techniques to derive syntactical (ASTM) and semantic models (KDM+SMM). These models serve as a working set of exemplars that illustrate TSRI progress as an OMG Platform member and member of the ADMTF towards practical implementations of ADMTF specifications to the OMG community. As a community service, TSRI also works with receptive open source organizations to provide access without charge to the detailed metamodels of the open source software systems promoted by these open source organizations.
