Edit warring at Trap music[edit]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you get reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Trap music[edit]

To stop the edit war I divided the stylistic origins of trap music in original trap music (first wave) and EDM trap (second wave) and also the references I used aren't false check them please if you are unsure.--Realh345 (talk) 16:55, 26 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Trap music[edit]

I understand ORIGINAL TRAP MUSIC origins from southern hip hop, crunk and hardcore hip hop, but TRAP MUSIC nowadays is A FUSION between EDM and ORIGINAL TRAP MUSIC don't you understand? Thats why I divided stylistic origins in a FIRST and a SECOND wave. That is what the sources I provided say --Realh345 (talk) 17:40, 26 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Trap music[edit]

Though trap music still is in both forms electronic and hip hop actually the actual wave of trap music has evolved into a electronic dance music genre though also hip hop artists still incorporanting elements of this genre in his music and you are that it generates confusion between electronic and hip hop culture that's why I devides the stylistic origins in both the hip hop and the electronic genre. Please provide your sources.--Realh345 (talk) 19:04, 26 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Trap music[edit]

Do you have sources that proof some forms of trap music didn't evolve in a electronic dance music genre? Stop reverting or you will be reported. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Realh345 (talkcontribs) 23:45, 27 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Trap music[edit]

Please make useful contributions putting in the talk page your statement also PROVIDING SOURCES THAT SUPPORT THEM because if you only put information only because you think is correct is considered vandalism. Also stop reverting my editions and creating and edit war or you will be reported. --Realh345 (talk) 01:23, 28 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

October 2016[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Trap music. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Binksternet (talk) 03:39, 10 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
