I never vandalised Wikipedia, since my coming here, please see my contributions. It all work of my former friend, who wanted impersonate me and he thought, that it will be good joke. He was many hours on my computer and connected on my wifi. From it list of socks of Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Pszczolka Maja1 are my just 2 accounts → Toma646 and Včelka Mája (Toma646). My edits are small, because i dont good speak English, but i think, that blocking of these 2 accounts, under wchich my former friend never edited (i controled it) and he dont know password, longer blocking not needed.

And how all started: When i started vandalise enwiki, i was very active vandalfighter on cswiki, i reverted many vandalisms every day. I never vandalise Wikipedia before it, but when i was every day in contact with many vandals and vandalisms, i wanted try vandalise too, just try. My first target was article abou my favourite serial Maya the Honey Bee and vandalising was fun for me. I still vandalised articles about Maya the Bee and i wanted know, how you stop me and you stopped me in my first SPI. After block of my main account Toma646 i was wait to unblock and here two declined unblock requests, all admins was tell me, that my account never will be unblocked and i solved it so that i created new account Дед Мороз1 and i start do helpful contribs, i wanted show with this account, that is end of fun and i want again contribute constructively and i thought that it will help me to unblocking. When i admitted, that i Toma646, JamesBWatson blocked it account indefinitely, deleted all my new articles created under it account and revoked my talk page acces, because i writed here something in czech, it was message for other czech user Vejvančický. After it i was very angry and starded round of it: I created new account, created new article, vandalise from rage and revenge (mainly userpages and talkpages of admins, who blocked me), i am was blocked, created again new account and do it again and again. And often i created new account just for vandalising for fun. And started second SPI and my, more than 40 accounts was again checked and DoRD blocked my used ranges of IP on 3 months. It was made more difficult block evasion, and when i not on some wifi, i cannot edit and i cannot edit most of time. Then it i stopped edit to revenge and desperately enforce my useful or vandal contribs. I understood, that havent sense contribute constructively and i just vandalised (my best work), after expire of CU rangeblocks i haved more opportunities and new CU rangeblock not been so hard. I vandalised, and do it just for fun and in my last vandalisms was my main target userpages and talkpages of two users, Vejvančický and Marek Koudelka, it was not been for revenge, it was just for fun, my fun and it was entertain to these users (i thought, that it will be funny too for they). It is cswiki version of template here: You are currently unable to edit Wikipedia or it. It was very expensive fun and now i must paid it. And why i devised my friend? I wanted confuse it long time ago, but on cswiki one admin (Zdenekk2) tell, that if is true, that accounts in SPI from 6. march are my, i will be blocked indefinitely too on my homewiki cswiki. I musted keep it in secrecy, because it can been my end on cswiki. Before 2 months i stopped edit enwiki after agreement with user Secret (on IRC Aranda), we agreed, that if i stopped edit enwiki and evase my block, she will with admins discuse about my unblocking. After month i not unblocked, but this agreement i comply more just 1 month, to today and if you dont tell me, that i never be unblocked, i will comply it farther to my unblocking, but if i should it withstand and not go back to block evasion and socking, i must have got some chance to unblock, it will me very help in it. I understand that i do bad things, i was cannot resist temptation try vandalise Wikipedia. Now, after many months i want start again, better. If i will here unblocked, it will help me too on commons, where admin User:INeverCry tell, that socking here is big problem to unblocking me on commons. And my english is more better, beceuase when i evased block here, i learned together English. My SUL. You can see, that i not abuse my talkpage, nor on other wikiprojects i not do new socks (last created more than month ago on commons and on commons i too wait to unblocking without block evasion). Chillum - I improved translation in prior unblock requests for better understanding, that my account Toma646 was hecked is one big misunderstanding, because i used to translation google translator and this translator in translations from czech to english often can turn meaning of some sentences and words. My account never been hecked, it can testify users: User:Vejvančický, User:Marek Koudelka or Filelakeshoe. The oldest known written evidence of Zbečník dates to the 15th century, where the (now defunct) fortress of Quicken is mentioned, located on a hill above Zbečník.

Zbečník stretches along the main road through the [[Zbečník stream]] valley and adjoins the town of [[Hronov]], to the east. The stream flows through the village and joins the river [[Metuje]] at Hronov. On the the north of the village is hill [[Maternice]], a mountain that rises 567 [[meters above sea level]], on this mountain is source of drink water, named [[Skalákova studánka]]. On southern slopes of Zbečník valley we can see sandstone formed in trias. In early 20. century was here attempts quarry black coal, whose bearings is under surface of Maternice hill. Here was two aditts (named Hermína and Jiráskův důl). Hermína was on Maternice hill and Jiráskův důl on foot of Jírova hill. Because here was enough complexilly geological structure, extraction of black coal not started.

As Zbečník is in a valley it experiences greater climatic extremes than nearby towns and villages. It is prone to colder winter temperatures, dropping to -20 [[°C]] to -30 °C and hottest summer days come up to 30 °C - 35 °C.

In Zbečník are companies TAMADEX, Jirka a spol., Rony Elektronik, Rotomotor, Jaroslav Pařízek-Zámečnictví (Jaroslav Pařízek-Locksmithing), CES-EKO, Milan Mifek-Allforsat.cz, DAMA-Pokrývačství (thatching), Klempířství-Pokrývačství Daneš Fiala (tinsmithery and thatching), Řeznictví uzenářství Klicnar (butcher shop). Most known and most important company here is [[Wikov MGI]], factory producing [[gearboxes]].

Zbečník not near some very important road or railway. Via lower Zbečník going railway numer [[Railway 026|026]], but Zbečník havent railway station. On Zbečník is just bus transport and it ensures companies [[CDS Náchod]] and [[ICOM]]. From Zbečník is bus lines to Hronov (some lines to Hronov railway station) and [[Červený Kostelec]] (mostly of buses end on Railway station in Červený Kostelec and from here you can transfer to long-distance trains [[Prague]] - [[Trutnov]]). Intervals of buses are approximately 30 minutes in weekday and 2 hours in weekend to both directions (Hronov or Červený Kostelec).

Akce Zbečník is name for biggest building project. It is include construction of [[sewerage]], and after it reconstruction of roads, walkways and lights. When was inserted sewer system, together was reconstructed (replaced) [[water pipes]]. Project will be finished 31. august 2015. Estimated cost of it will be 155 [[Milion|milions]] [[Czech crown|czech crowns]].

== Conjuction with Hronov ==
With it idea came Hronov. Hronov wanted draw in neigbour villages to conjuction with him. Hronov promised improve of social situation and bigger wages, mainly for laborers and officers. First tryes of obtaining of neigbour villages Hronov started in [[1941]], when was in Hronov town hall invited majors of neighbour villages. Hronov promised building of watter supply system and sewerage system. Later was in Zbečník [[referendum]] about conjuction with Hronov. 58,1[[%]] residents was for conjuction, 41,9% against it. According to then times laws it musted confirm too Zbečník committee, so that for conjuction must be 2/3 (66%) of his members. Zbečník committee not confirmed conjuction with Hronov, 10 members was agreed, 12 was against. After coming of comunism was kicked out from Zbečník committe members, againts comunism ideology and they was replaced by reliable communists and they approved conjuction with Hronov, for conjuction was all members of Zbečník committee.
