Hi, Thomas.
Sea turtles have structures around their anuses that enable respiration in the water. They are gill-like structures. They appear to have evolved recently. So it's a backward step for them - they should just retain the gills they have as embryos/had as fish.
But no, I'm not enough of an expert to properly cite it.

They definitely do NOT have gills. There is however a turtle in Australia called the Fitzroy River Turtle that gets oxygen via its cloaca (it's mentioned in the relevant Wikipedia article),
