Tips
  • Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
  • It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
  • If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
  • Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
  • When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
  • If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
  • Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

Happy editing! Cheers, 🔥YesI'mOnFire🔥(ContainThisEmber?) 10:11, 7 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon Hello, SurinderQC. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. 🔥YesI'mOnFire🔥(ContainThisEmber?) 10:11, 7 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:SATDD(System Acceptance Test Driven Development, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. 🔥YesI'mOnFire🔥(ContainThisEmber?) 10:11, 7 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Deb. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you.Deb (talk) 14:46, 7 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for you message, created article is just an informational article which is about to help readers how they can get the expected benefits. Could you please help me to publish this article that is copyrighted by me and this is independent source. SurinderQC (talk) 15:07, 7 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
No. You don't seem to understand that creating an "informational article" to promote your business is the same as advertising. Why should anyone else help you to do that? Furthermore, a Wikipedia article can't be copyrighted by you, and if you wrote it, it's not an independent source. Deb (talk) 15:45, 7 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hello Deb, it's not related to any business, i have created this and used and want to create article so that others can read about it and use in their work. Wikipedia article can't be copyrighted by me i know that i am just saying that is written by me and copyrighted by copyright department. SurinderQC (talk) 16:09, 7 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
You've already, correctly, admitted to a conflict of interest. What you do now is up to you but you shouldn't write any more about SATDD unless you can learn to do so neutrally. Please read Wikipedia:Neutral point of view. Deb (talk) 17:08, 10 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks i will follow the instruction shared by you and resubmit, thanks SurinderQC (talk) 04:15, 15 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
