02 Transportation (on rails) in America, 1859[edit]
Hi,
For a start, please don't mind the (german) texts. The Zeitschrift für Bauwesen was supported (not edited) by the preusian "Ministry of Trade, Crafts and public Works" and discussed civil engineering (in the broadest sense possible) and architecture.
Measurements - in these articles only! - are in english Feet (Fuss - or perhaps to your eyes "Fufs").
I do believe, this is part of your amarican heritage - "only" wrong language ;-).

01 ? Language template[edit]
Hello from the Netherlands,
(And allready: thank you for your help.)
I'm having a problem with the different kinds of wiki langage-templates.
Up untill now, I am used to dutch / german / french {{xx}}-template yielding "(xx)" in wiki. On "mouse-over" (xx), the "mouse"/"cursor" will get an extra "?" and after little time, "Language: xx" will appear to be hanging under the cursor. E.g. In Externe links: look for (fr)(de)
The Polish wiki uses {{s|lang|xx}} yielding "(blabla)", no "?" and a more elaborate - I suppose - "written in language blabla: xx" hanging under the cursor. E.g. look for (niderl.) and/or (niem.).
Is there any template in the english spoken wiki showing the same or similar behavior?

- Hi! The only templates I know of are {{fr}} / {{en}} -type templates, which render something like (in French). Stwalkerster [ talk ] 13:50, 31 July 2010 (UTC)
